Youth Scholarship Brunch 2021
WeTravelBlack will be hosting their First Annual Youth Empowerment Scholarship Brunch in February 2021 for minority high school and college scholars in financial need.
10 high school scholars and 10 college scholars will be invited to attend an empowerment brunch with 10 local business professionals, where 1 lucky high school and 1 lucky college scholar will be awarded with a college scholarship intended for study abroad purposes.
The brunch will allow students to network with local business professionals as well as be educated on Financial Literacy necessary in attended college, a session on entrepreneurship and on finding purpose in profession.
Currently we are looking for business professionals in the Durham and Houston areas to sponsor scholars to attend brunch.
