• In order to travel to Cancun, Mexico and participate in WeTravelBlack Spring Break Cancun 2021, all guests must have a valid passport that has 6 months validity from date of arrival. For more information on how to obtain a passport please visit here

• In the event that travel is restricted due to COVID-19 travel dates will be rescheduled to a later date

• As the current outbreak of the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) continues to progress, We Travel Black continues to monitor the outbreak in Cancun and travel restrictions. We understand the seriousness of this disease, and are taking steps to ensure a positive travel experience for the We Travel Black Tribe.

• All travelers who attend Adult Spring Break Cancun 2020 will be required to submit negative COVID-19 results within 6 days of departure. This will allow us to minimize the chance for a potential outbreak, and ensure our commitment to your safety and well-being.

  Submission Dates

  Negative test results should be sent to info@wetravelblack.com within 6 days of departure. Diagnostic results must state ‘Negative’ and test results must be dated between February 20, 2021 - February 24, 2021. Please list your “first and last name - Test Results” in the subject line of email (i.e. “John Doe - Test Results”).

  Privacy

  Your privacy is important to us, and only our employees HIPAA trained will facilitate testing information. Results should only show full name, date and test results. This information will be kept confidential.

  Arrival

  Upon arrival in Cancun, travelers must comply with the country and the resort’s COVID protocols.

  We encourage all of our travelers to use good health practices, preventive steps such as social distancing, sanitary practices, and wearing masks during travel. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us.

  If you experience symptoms or submit positive COVID-19 results you will be unable to attend Adult Spring Break Cancun. This trip is non-refundable, but you may contact WeTravelBlack to notify them of your absence.
  If you are sick or experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, you must contact WeTravelBlack at info@wetravelblack.org immediately. In the case that you are experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms you will be unable to attend.
